Return Window
Our return policy is based on the delivery date of your order.
If you contact us within 7 days after receiving your item, and the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
For return requests made 8 to 28 days after delivery, returns may still be accepted as long as the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
During this period, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For return requests made 29 to 58 days after delivery, we may still accept the return if the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
During this period, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
We are unable to accept returns after 58 days from the delivery date.

In the same condition as received
In its original packaging
Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation
If an item has been used, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging, we may need to apply a restocking fee depending on its condition.

Damages, Defective Items, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you notice any damage, defect, or if the wrong item was received, contact us as soon as possible.
We understand these situations can be frustrating, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution, whether that means a replacement, return, refund, or another reasonable option.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
Custom or special-order products
Used or installed items
Items damaged after delivery
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Of course, you are always welcome to contact us before placing a new order if you are unsure which item you need.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post it to your account.
